The numbers of patients being treated on trolleys at Mayo General Hospital remained consistently high this week, despite a quieter start to the week than has been experienced recently.
Yesterday (Thursday ) there were 11 people on trolleys, 10 on Wednesday and 13 on Tuesday. However, the number was at four on Monday according to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation.
The trolley watch figures are compiled on a daily basis by the INMO.
