A fun activity day in aid of the Goal Haiti appeal will take place on February 7 in Clonbur, Co Galway, where you are asked to walk, run or cycle Mount Gable.
Lake District Hillwalking Club will lead a 10km walk on the roads and trails over Mount Gable; Tri Lakes Triathlon Club will over see the 10km Road and Trail run; and Western Lakes Cycling Club will lead a 21km cycle around the base of Mount Gable through Cloghbrack and Cornamona.
The Family Fun Cycle run by Connacht Cycling will be on the trails of Clonbur Woods and is an ideal way for the whole family to enjoy a spin on their bikes in a controlled traffic free environment. Adults are requested to give a minimum donation of €10.
