The Family Centre, Chapel Street, Castlebar is starting a five week programme to help people to use writing and journaling to enhance their lives within a small safe group.
It commences on Monday January 25 at 7.30pm. No previous experience of writing is required. The facilitator is Bettina Peterseil.

Being a parent is one of the most difficult roles in life. Many parents can benefit from some professional support tailored for their own individual child.
A six week programme run by Stephanie Fitzgerald, educational psychologist, will be offered through the Family Centre, Chapel Street, Castlebar, starting on Tuesday February 9.
