For the second year running The Rotary Club of Castlebar is running the unique Christmas remembrance tree project.
Members of the public are invited to write messages remembering their loved ones. The messages are then hoisted on a garland which will decorate the Christmas tree situated at the area around Next, Aldi, and Homebase.
While there is no charge, participants are invited to donate to the very worthwhile Mayo Roscommon Hospice. Volunteers will be located at the tree from Saturday December 19 to Tuesday December 22. For more information or to volunteer your time call Sinead on 094 902 7021.
