Knockranny House Hotel and Spa was one of three winners in the Best Consumer Service category at the National Hospitality Awards which were held recently.
The annual competition is open to entries from all over Ireland, both North and South, and has 19 different categories. The Best Consumer Service category awards hotels for their outstanding service and judges were particularly impressed by Knockranny House Hotel’s high standard of consumer care and their attention to detail.
Knockranny House Hotel has had a fantastic year, with head chef Seamus Commons winning Food and Wine Magazine’s Best Chef in Connaught Award in September and now the hotel’s stellar staff have been recognised for their outstanding service.
General manager Adrian Noonan receiving the award, said that he “is delighted that the dedication and professionalism of all the staff has been rewarded by receiving this prestigious accolade.”
