Criminal turned businessman Martin ‘Viper’ Foley’s debt collection agency vans were spotted cruising around the Westport area last week as they seek payment from locals for outstanding debts.
Foley, who has numerous previous convictions and was an associate of Martin Cahill, has dodged several attempts on his life. The 56-year-old’s company – Viper Debt Recovery and Repossession Service Ltd – is a registered company based in Kimmage, Dublin 12.
