Head chef Seamus Commons will demonstrate the preparation and cooking of three game courses using rabbit, venison, and pheasant. Wines selected specially to accompany game will be presented throughout by Liam Cabot of Cabot Wines, with vintages and grapes chosen to perfectly complement the rich flavours of the food.
The demonstration and wine tasting will be followed by Seamus Commons’ specially designed eight course game tasting menu, served from 7pm in La Fougère.
