Mayo Roscommon Hospice /Palliative Care Service invites you to sponsor a light on the Tree of Light in Knock for a friend, family member, or someone you know to let them know you are thinking of them during the Christmas period.
Lights can be sponsored for living and deceased and are available from local hospice support groups, the Shrine office Knock, the hospice shops in Swinford and Castlerea, and pharmacies in Mayo and Roscommon.
The light will shine throughout the Christmas period and lights may be sponsored up until Christmas Eve. All names are entered in a Book of Remembrance for the Special Ecumenical Service in Knock on the Sunday January 3 2010. All funds raised will go towards supporting local palliative care services.
