The 2009 Health and Wellbeing Evening, hosted by Connacht Gold and the National Dairy Council, will be held in the Castlecourt Hotel, Westport. The event, which will be free, will take place on Thursday October 29 at 7pm.
A gorgeous food and wine reception will open the event. Exclusive goodie bags will be available to everyone who attends and a prize draw will take place on the night with all funds raised being donated to Western Care.
Paula Mee, who makes frequent appearances on RTÉ’s popular The Afternoon Show will offer advice as will Fiona Hoban, wellbeing specialist. Demonstrations from Joan Roland’s Westport hair and beauty experts, Petals Salon, will finish the evening.
