A Lithuanian woman appeared before Castlebar District Court on Wednesday charged with dangerous driving causing death.
The court heard that Ana Rybakova, 7 Castlegrove, Castlebar, was arrested before court and charged with causing the death of Karolis Kryzevicius on April 24 this year. The deceased was a passenger in a car which collided with another car on Prison Road, Balla.
The defendant was remanded on bail, on condition that she surrenders her passport, remains at her address, and signs on every Friday at Castlebar Garda station, to Castlebar District Court on November 18 for service of the book of evidence.
