A group exhibition featuring selected works from this year’s graduate art and design class, GMIT will take place at Mayo County Library, Castlebar September 23. The exhibition is titled Lost & Found and features sample works of the 12 graduate students from the class of 2009. Subject matter promises to traverse a diversity of topics, ranging from the exploration of landscapes, to intimacy, to the everyday mundane. The exhibition will be opened by artist Deirdre Walsh at 5pm on September 23 and will be followed by a cheese and wine reception. All are welcome.
