Ian Brown is ready to be adored at the Royal Theatre

Ian Brown, former lead singer with The Stone Roses, comes to Castlebar this November for a special one night only concert. The man who has provided influence for many hugely popular bands takes to the Royal Theatre Stage in what promises to be an exceptional show. The former lead singer with the seminal late 80s and early 90s group The Stone Roses promises to put on a show not to be forgotten.

Since the band's acrimonious break up in 1996, Brown has released five solo albums and 12 UK top 40 singles. He has carved out a successful solo career for himself since the split and has continued to creatively push himself towards new boundaries musically. His most recent album My Way simply sums up Ian Brown in the title alone. He will release a new single ‘Stellify’ on September 21 which proceeds the album’s release, which comes two years after the release of his last long player The World is Yours. Since crashing into the charts as a solo artist with his debut single ‘My Star’, through the fantastic hit single ‘Fear’ and on to his newest work, Brown has never rested on his laurels as a musician. While it may not be The Stone Roses, reunion that everyone is dying to see happen at some stage, on his own as a solo performer Brown will still be able to bring the house down when he takes to the stage in the Royal Theatre on November 26.
