Castlebar Lions Club will host its annual seafood night on Friday October 9 in the Fáilte Suite Welcome Inn Hotel, at 8.30pm, with this year’s proceeds going towards Mayo Cancer Support, Rock Rose House.
As usual a good night of seafood, live music and dancing is guaranteed all for a good cause. The organisers are also looking for food sponsors to donate seafood, salad, and bread produce for the night. On the night there will be a raffle/auction and prize donations would be greatly appreciated.
Mayo Cancer Support Association, Rock Rose House offers psychological, emotional, and practical support to people whose lives have been affected by cancer. Their services are provided free of charge and include a host of therapies together with information relating to a wide range of cancer topics, with total confidentiality assured.
