Mayo will be a key stop for a 500-mile charity walk being completed by Emmet Ryan, who is walking through eight counties in 28 days for the Cystic Fibrosis Association of Ireland. In total he will take over 1,000,000 steps on the journey, which is the equivalent of 19 marathons in four weeks.
