Crossmolina Community Council has been granted €26,892 under the Government’s Scheme of Community Support for Older People.
The announcement was made by Minister for Labour Affairs Dara Calleary who warmly welcomed the funding and commended the organisation for the work it does in Crossmolina.
“This funding has been approved under the Government’s Scheme of Community Support for Older People. The scheme is currently being reviewed and a new and improved version of the scheme will be launched at the end of this year which will continue to support worthwhile groups such as the Crossmolina Community Council,” concluded Minister Calleary.
