Business consultancy firm headed by former airport CEO

Robert Grealis, the former CEO of Ireland West Airport, has been appointed consulting partner at the Discovery Partnership, the national business consultancy for small and medium enterprises.

Grealis has 20 years’ experience at senior management level across a diverse range of enterprises both in Ireland and overseas, and he is now using this experience to advise and support businesses in the region to overcome today’s challenges and to grow and develop into the future.

During his time at Ireland West Airport Knock, Grealis led the airport to its busiest year on record in 2008, and since he joined the airport in 2004 the airport has received numerous awards including Best Regional Airport in Ireland in 2004 and 2006 by the Chambers of Commerce of Ireland, Federation Aeronautique Internationale Honorary Award in 2008, and the Outstanding Contribution to Industry Award from Mayo Chambers of Commerce in 2008.
