My father, he taught me everything in the hospitality industry, and how to be a good father.

Gold Coast Australia 2017.

The people, very similar to the Donegal craic.

Family

My partner.

Making a mistake myself.

Leaving things to the last minute.
How do you relax outside of work?
Sea swimming, hiking, playing gaa.

Roy keane, Liam neeson, Colin farrell.
What is your goal in life?
For my kids to grow up happy.
Any particular project or dream you are working on now?
Still working on renovating our house three years later.
How do you feel about your hometown and how would you like to see it develop?
I'm from Moville, Inishowen, County donegal, a beautifully scenic seaside town. I would love to see the tourism trade be improved in Inishowen.
