Ballina Chamber and Mayo County Enterprise Board are again joining forces to help businesses cope with the recession.
Sandra Cribben, CEO of Ballina Chamber, explained: “Ballina Chamber wanted to offer its members and the wider business community some practical advice and support to help them deal with these difficult trading circumstances, so I approached Frank Fullard of the Mayo County Enterprise Board and he was delighted to work with us again and run a series of interactive workshops for businesses.”
The workshops are as follows: “Managing Finance in Tough Times" facilitated by Professional Accounting Solutions will be held in Murphy's Bar and Restaurant on Tuesday June 9. This workshop will deal with managing costings, dealing with the banks, and managing the cashflow.
"Improving Customer Service" facilitated by SABOC International will be held in the Courthouse Hotel on Tuesday June 16. This workshop will help identify service challenges and discuss the link between service and sales.
