JJ Burke Car Sales is delighted to announce their latest community initiative, they are inviting pupils/ players from all over Connacht to enter their recently launched colouring competition open to children and teens up to U-17s. The winner will win a training session with Mayo footballing heroes Diarmuid O’Connor and Tommy Conroy along with a set of jerseys for their club or school.
Joseph Burke, Dealer Principal, JJ Burke Car Sales said at the launch; "We are asking pupils from any club or school to colour in a jersey template that can be downloaded from our website or picked up in our Ballinrobe dealership. Colour in the jersey and be as creative as possible because the winning jersey design will also be printed and given to the winner."
To enter, children will colour in the jersey template, children can enter twice, once on behalf of their school team and once on behalf of their club. The jersey can be designed however they like – it does not need to match their club / school colours.
The JJ Burke team will choose their top 10 entries, these will be posted on JJ Burke Facebook page, where the public will vote for their favourite by commenting on the post. The jersey with the most votes will win prizes for their club / school.
Competition entries need to be in by close of business on June 14, the top 10 will be announced on the 16th of June when the public voting starts by commenting on your winning design on the JJ Burke Facebook page. All votes need to be in by Thursday 23rd June and the winner will be announced on Friday 24th June.
