Explaining what her business does, Catherine said: "I run my own healing business, Suaimhneas Healing, where I offer the therapies Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT ) and Reiki.
"RTT is a hybrid therapy founded by Marisa Peer, and the therapy itself has won global awards for its success. RTT works with your subconscious mind, identifying core beliefs connected to the root of the problem, whether it to be weight management, smoking, anxiety, depression, fertility, confidence or relationships.
"Once the core belief is identified, I then install and upgrade new beliefs which create positive and profound change in your life. You then receive a personalised audio recording which you listen to for at least 21 days after your session.
"I offer Rapid Transformational Therapy online, so time and distance is not an issue as I mainly work through Zoom. I have worked with people in all parts of the world that have experienced fantastic results. I worked with a lady in Canada with MS and she has experienced amazing results. She was using walking aids before her RTT session and, from religiously listening to her audio recording every day, she is beginning to walk unaided. I know most people are familiar with Reiki healing which is why I have focused more on the Rapid Transformational Therapy today."
