The QUIT Smoking West Service is available to anyone interested in quitting in Galway, Mayo and Roscommon. You will be matched with a Stop Smoking Advisor in your area that can support you by telephone or video call, whichever suits you best.
In-person clinics will also resume once public health guidelines allow. We know that quitting can be extremely difficult. But by working with us, we will support you to develop a plan to help you to cope with withdrawal symptoms and cravings, and provide you with motivational tips to help keep you on track.
