This last two years have been a rollercoaster for all people in business but this didn't stop Denise Walsh McManamon from growing her business from three staff members and doing only beauty, to seven staff and taking over an entire hair salon.
"I took the plunge to expand my business, and after three weeks of being open we were shut down for five months, but if I'm honest, this was a great opportunity to upskill and reboot.
"InstaGlam are bringing in new and exciting treatments for both hair and beauty all the time. Trends and needs change all the time but we aim to stay with them. In November, we are doing extensive training in new hair care and advanced skin care treatments that we will be dying to inform everyone about soon.
"Education and knowledge is key to helping our professionals achieve the highest standard of care for our clients and this is something I feel very strongly about."
