Culture Night invites everyone, everywhere, on one joyful night, to discover and celebrate all that our culture is today, through a rich and diverse programme of thousands of events that span layers of arts and culture from architecture to comedy, circus to dance, film to literature, museums to music, heritage to sport and science to fashion, to name but a few.
Culture Night / Oíche Chultúir 2021 will take place on Friday, September 17. This year’s programme of online and outdoor events in Mayo embraces all aspects of culture with the usual myriad of fantastic shows and activities taking place from Achill, Ballina, Ballinrobe, Ballycastle, Ballycroy, Ballyhaunis, Beal an Mhuirthead, Castlebar, to Claremorris, Foxford, Louisburgh, Turlough and Westport. There are over 30 free cultural events in Mayo, most of which you can experience from your own homes!
