The Mayo u16 hurlers will being aiming for All Ireland glory on Sunday afternoon.
They will be making the trip to Kingspan Breffni Park to take on Wicklow in the All Ireland u16D final on Sunday afternoon.
Mayo booked their place in the final against the Garden County girls after a 4-8 to 3-1 win over Louth in the All Ireland semi-final last weekend, while Wicklow got over Cavan in their semi-final, hitting 6-13 in their game.
In the group stages of the competition, Mayo saw off both Donegal and Cavan to set up their semi-final last weekend, where they continued their good run of form with an impressive win over the Wee County.
Na Brideoga's Laoise Greally was in impressive for Mayo hitting 1-2 of their tally, while Katlyn McGreal, Laura Flanagan and Ava Dooley also hit the back of the net in that win. Team captain Geri-Maye Henry also showed her scoring prowess landing two points from midfield with Molly Tunney also getting a brace of points for Fergal Delaney and Brendan Tunney's side.
Mayo did the hard work in their semi-final in the first half going in 4-5 to 1-1 up at half time and were able to see off a valiant Louth fight back in the second half to seal their progression to this weekends decider.
