The third round of fixtures in the Mayo League u21 leagues will have taken place last night after this paper went to print.
In round two of the league last weekend, Manulla made it two from two in the top flight with a 2-0 win over Conn Rangers in Mount Falcon last Sunday. The visitors hit two first-half goals with Aiden Dunleavy and Josh Webb finding the net for the Carramore outfit.
In their first outing in the league, Ballyheane picked up a 1-0 win at home over Kiltimagh-Knock United in Quigley Park, with Ben Edeh finding the back of the net for his side.
Castlebar Celtic had a big 5-0 win over Glenhest Rovers at home, where Brian Walsh bagged a hat-trick with two of them coming from the penalty spot and the other goals coming from Davitt Neary and Luke Kelly.
Swinford hit Conn Rangers C for six on the road in division two, Callum Cairns bagged a hat-trick with Daniel Molloy, Conor Devaney and Adorn Biju getting the other goals for the East Mayo men. Also getting a bag full of goals last weekend were Straide and Foxford United with a 5-0 win over Conn Rangers B. Cian Walsh bagged a brace, with Sean Ruane, Tyler Guilfoyle and Alexsander Babiarczky all also finding the target.
