With the deadline for submissions of the Westport Town and Envrions Draft Development Plan drawing to a close (May 12 at 5pm ) Fine Gael town councillor Peter Flynn is urging locals to examine the significant changes which are proposed for the town and to submit their observations to the town council offices before Tuesday.
According to Cllr Flynn new proposals as regards the rezoning of land, the Knockranny area, and the listing of houses and businesses in the town as protected structures, all form part of the new proposed plan which will in effect form the blueprint for the town over the next 10 years.
