Tracey McNeela is on hand to help you

My name is Tracey McNeela, I am a qualified Psychotherapist working in private practice in Castlebar town centre. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy and an Honours Degree in Business.

I work with many issues, including anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, trauma, and grief. I am a member of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrated Psychotherapy.

At different stages of our lives, we face challenges in our relationships. It could be with a partner, family, friends, or work colleagues. I will support you in improving and making positive changes in these relationships.

Taking this time out provides an opportunity to explore where you are in your life and I can support you in moving forward.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on our day-to-day lives. For many, these difficulties can be faced with anxiety, grief, depression, stress, loneliness, or isolation.

At a time where we cannot travel outward, this is an ideal opportunity for you to travel inward to discover and re-awaken the treasure within – personal development is the greatest gift one can give themselves.

As a Gestalt psychotherapist, the here and now therapeutic relationship between you and I is central to our work. My focus will be working with you in a way that will support you in your journey that works best for you, through talking or creative ways of art, dreamwork or writing.

I provide a safe confidential space for you to be your real / authentic self. I offer face-to-face or online therapy, phone me on (087 ) 6304659 or email: [email protected].
