Shobha's Reflexology and pregnancy studio opened its doors in October 2020 in Castlebar for reflexology, ante natal care reflexology and pregnancy massages.
Shobha Mythili who runs the studio has a background that includes working as a beauty and spa therapist in a well renowned Spa in Westport. She is also an ITEC qualified reflexologist and was trained by Pauline O' Hagan in ante natal reflexology .
Having years of experience and knowledge as a therapist, Shobha decided to open a studio for reflexology and pregnancy massage in Castlebar.
It was at this time she got an offer from her friend to rent a therapy room in a successfully running five-year-old Beauty studio. Since there are many other well-trained therapists doing massages, facials and nail designs there, she could concentrate on reflexology and maternity reflexology.
She also offers pregnancy massages along with shorter treatments like back, neck and shoulder massage and Indian head massage, which are beautiful stress-busters to take off the stress from back and head.
Her reflexology and pregnancy studio is located at Unit 4, Cavendish Lane, Castlebar and she is available two days a week in Castlebar, on Tuesday and Thursday.
