Mayo Fine Gael TD, Alan Dillon, has expressed disappointment with the response received from the Irish Rail CEO in relation to the Kilnageer level crossing, which he said fails to address his concerns as well as those of the local community and road users from the Breaffy and Belcarra areas.
Deputy Dillon said: "I've invited Minister Brendan Griffin to visit the location, to meet and listen to representatives from the community who are united in their view to do whatever it takes for Irish Rail to understand the scale of the health and safety risk at the crossing."
