The fixture for the 2020 GAA Handball Four-Wall Irish Adult Nationals which will take place over this weekend, Saturday, February 15 and Sunday, February 16 in Mayo, have just been released.
This event has attracted huge numbers again this year. The full fixtures list with schedule for each venue can be found on the handball website plus important information and the 40x20 International rules (extracts ) which are used in the nationals.
The newly refurbished Aughagower court and the home court of incoming President Dessie Keegan, namely Ballaghaderreen, will play host to a top-class series of matches in the Men’s and Ladies Open grades on the Saturday with semi-finals and finals being played on the Sunday in Aughagower.
Other courts being used over the weekend include Ballinrobe, Bofield, Carnacon, Castlebar (An Sportlann ), Claremorris, Kiltimagh, Newport and St Gerard’s. There is added excitement to this year's event with the long-awaited return of Cavan’s Paul Brady to action on Irish soil.
