The Westport Sustainability Group is a voluntary organisation focused on strengthening local communities through small-scale initiatives, promoting local food production, and creating sustainable employment opportunities in the area.
Following last week’s very successful public meeting on allotments the next group meeting will work towards further food growing initiatives, a community cafe, sustainable education programmes, and land co-operatives for Westport town and district.
