With three games left to go in the season, Ballina are still sitting pretty at the top of the division 2C table in the All Ireland League.
The north Mayo men are ten points clear of their nearest rivals Middleton, with 15 games out of the 18 game season played and tomorrow they will hit the road east to take on Malahide, looking to pick up their 14th win of the season against the north Dublin outfit - who currently sit in fourth place in the league, standings 16 points behind Ballina.
When the sides met in Heffernan Park earlier in the season, Ballina ran out 20-7 winners in round three, Ballina head into this game on the back of four wins from their last five games, most recently seeing off Bruff 30-27 - but their hosts are in similar form, also winning four from five, beating Thomand 33-22 on the road in their last fixture.
Ballina will be hoping that attacking duo Chris O'Neill and Kieran Lindsay can keep up their high scoring form to date in the league, with O'Neill running in ten tries so far for Ballina and Lindsay chipping in with seven and adding another 49 from his boot this season to date. Ballina have picked up ten try scoring bonus points to date in their outings, only not scoring four tries on ten occasions, three more than the next best side, showing the attacking threat they have posed to their opponents all season.
All things going well for Ballina, a win on Saturday should see them claim the league title with two games left in the season with one of those at home against Tullamore on Saturday week in Heffernan Park. They will then wrap up the season away to Omagh in a fortnight's time.
