A major Heart Health Awareness initiative organised by Croí will take place in Castlebar Library on Monday April 6 from 9.30am to 4pm.
Members of the general public in the Castlebar area who are over 40 years of age are being afforded the opportunity for the free cardiovascular check-up. This check-up will include a cholesterol and glucose check; a blood pressure measurement; a BMI (weight and body mass measurement ) and a dietary and physical activity assessment.
