Breaffy GAA Club presents an ‘Afternoon Delight’ this bank holiday Monday

Following on from the success of last year’s inaugural ‘Afternoon Delight’, Breaffy GAA Club is delighted to announce details of this year’s fundraising event.

On bank holiday Monday, October 29, Breaffy House Hotel will be the location for some fabulous fashion, afternoon tea, pop-up shops, prosecco and top class entertainment.

Mayo’s top fashion boutiques including Annette Gerald; Bowtique Lane; Carraig Donn; Hopscotch Children’s’ Clothing; Sanzio and Vaughan Shoes - as well as Elvery’s Intersport; ATIR shapewear and Collette Bespoke Milliner - will all be showcasing this season’s top picks.

The event is also being supported by make-up artist Victoria McGuinness and Kelly’s Hair Salon, who will ensure all of our beautiful, local models are catwalk ready.

Special guest this year is renowned singer Sean Costello with Duo Vocis.

Chairperson of the organising committee, Siobhan Dravins, commented:

“Last year’s event was a huge success and we are so grateful to all of the local businesses who supported Breaffy GAA Club in this fundraiser. We are delighted to welcome the same businesses back for another year and look forward to viewing their latest fashions.

“We would also like to thank our models, without whom we couldn’t present our ‘Afternoon Delight’ and we are forever grateful to all of the local businesses that support the event through showcasing their fashions, bringing their pop-up shops, and offering sponsorship for our raffle.”

Last year’s event was a sell-out and tickets, costing €30, are selling fast for the 2018 "Afternoon Delight". Anyone looking to purchase tickets can contact a member of the organising committee or call Siobhan on 087 7590622. All funds raised will go back into the development of Breaffy GAA Club.
