Minister of State for the Office of Public Works, Kevin ‘Boxer’ Moran has confirmed that Education Minister, Richard Bruton, is to visit Athlone in the coming weeks.
Minister Moran said he had invited Minister Bruton to visit the constituency to view ongoing projects.
“Minister Bruton will be visiting the Marist College in Athlone to view the ambitious plans they have,” said Minister Moran. “I have previously met with representatives of the college and I whole heartedly support the work they have set themselves.
“Minister Bruton will also be visiting the new Coosan National School and the work that is in progress there. He has been anxious for some time to visit Athlone, and I am delighted to confirm that he will be here in the coming weeks.”
