A meeting is to be held on Wednesday to look into the planning of a reunion for past pupils of Dean Kelly School, Athlone.
The gathering will take place next Wednesday, February 18 in the Shamrock Lodge Hotel, Athlone at 8pm, with the intention of getting the ball rolling to organise a reunion for past pupils of the school later this year.
Although the main focus will be on those who attended Dean Kelly School during the 1940s, 50s, and 60s, the meeting is open to all past pupils of the school. Any photos or memorabilia would also be welcomed by the reunion committee.
