No-reserve clearance auction this Sunday in Slane

Well-known auctioneers Matthews of Oldcastle hold their annual no-reserve auction this Sunday, May 29, at 12 noon at the historic Mill buildings of Slane in Co Meath. All entries, cleared from various properties in Meath and Dublin during the past year, have been removed to the old Transport Museum buildings and will be sold without reserve.

Perfect for collectors on a budget, landlords, and business owners, the entries comprise antiques, modern and contemporary items, as well as various collectables and oddities. Mr Matthews advises: “This really is an auction for everyone and a perfect opportunity for anyone furnishing an old or new property. With over one thousand lots, we expect the auction to offer plenty of value and welcome old and new buyers alike.”

The auction commences at 12 noon sharp and items will be on public view from this Friday. While every effort will be made to have all the lots illustrated online at www.matthewsauctionrooms.com, some may not be, so viewing in person is recommended.
