How to mind your thoughts and feelings - free workshop

A free workshop entitled ‘How to Mind your Thoughts and Feelings’ will take place in the near future in the following locations and venues: the Hodson Bay Hotel, Athlone on Tuesday, May 31 from 7-9pm; the Abbey Hotel, Roscommon on Wednesday, June 1 from 7-9pm; the Shearwater Hotel, Ballinasloe on Thursday, June 2 from 7-9pm; the Mullingar Park Hotel, Mullingar on Tuesday, June 7 from 7-9pm; the Longford Arms Hotel, Longford on Wednesday, June 8 from 7-9pm; and the Tullamore Court Hotel, Tullamore on Thursday, June 9 from 7-9pm.

The workshop is a two-hour, ‘no fluff’ training experience. You will discover how to mind your own thoughts and feelings, have peace of mind, and learn how to help others do likewise. You will also discover the choices and simple changes needed to make peace of mind and happiness a permanent part of your being.

This workshop is for you if you, or someone you know, is stuck on, or struggling with troublesome thoughts and feelings. We live in a fast-paced world with many commitments and responsibilities that can lead to stress, anxiety, worry, fear, or concerns about financial insecurity and what the future holds.

After completing the workshop and applying a few simple steps you will no longer have to struggle with negative thoughts, financial insecurity, and the like. You will discover what you need to do to release this pain. You will know how to open the door to a life of wellness, happiness, and peace of mind.

Participants will learn how to measure their progress and see the benefits in their own lives whether in the areas of career, personal, relationships, or family.

You will also have the opportunity to register for a two-day workshop - The 7 Keys to Mindfulness and Wellbeing - a training programme in the art of mindfulness and wellbeing. This workshop, which will be introduced during the evening session, offers a unique approach to minding your thoughts and feelings on a permanent basis. All the exercises in these programmes are easy to learn and simple to use, and when they are applied can bring about profound, measurable, and permanent life-changing benefits.

The workshop is suitable for the general public and professionals alike. Those who have participated in the programme already include students, parents, teachers, trainers, carers, healthcare professionals, and individuals who are just interested in improving their overall emotional health and wellbeing and helping others.
