Shearwater Hotel is celebrating all things country with its newly extended dance floor.
Great country music is going from strength to strength at the Shearwater and the hotel is celebrating its upcoming Country Music Weekend with Mike Denver, Patrick Feeney and guests.
Shearwater Hotel Ballinasloe has their country boots truly rooted to succeed. It all started with a very successful Michael English night on April 3, followed by this weekend’s line-up offering great entertainment for every age group.
On Friday, April 8, Patrick Feeney and John Hogan’s band take to the stage with tickets costing €15 on the door.
On Saturday, April 9, Mike Denver with Garth Prichard’s band will provide the entertainment with tickets costing €20.
To round off a great weekend, Sunday afternoon dancing with Carmel Mc Loughlin takes place from 2pm to 5pm. Tickets cost €10. Come early and try the Shearwater’s new menu selections in its restaurant and bar. There is something for everyone, so treat yourself and make a night of it. Doors open from 8.45pm.
Shearwater Hotel is well known for great country acts and will continue to grow into the new ‘Nashville of the west’ during the coming year. Watch out for the hotel’s amazing country music line-ups and social dances as it promises to be a very entertaining year ahead.
