A raft of live sport, entertainment, and good times at The Snug

With two beer gardens, a host of live music and sport and a range of premium Irish whiskeys, The Snug Bar is the ideal venue to kick back and have a good time.

The Snug has a great programme of live sport and music lined up for the coming weeks. On Friday, March 11, Imposter will provide the entertainment from 10pm.

On Saturday, March 12, catch up with all the live sport at The Snug. See Ireland take on Italy in the rugby from 1.30pm, followed by the titanic clash of England versus Wales from 4pm. If that is not enough, stay on to see Cork take on Kilkenny in the National Hurling League at 7pm. Ruaille Buaille take to the stage at 10pm, while a DJ will also be on offer in the beer garden.

Live from The Snug on Sunday, March 13, catch Galway versus Tipperary in the hurling from 1.30pm. Scotland take on France from 3pm in the RBS Six Nations, and this is followed by the Barclay’s Premier League encounter between Aston Villa and Spurs from 4pm. Small Deal are the musical masters from 9pm to round off the day. On Wednesday, March 16, Buckeye are on hand with live music from 10pm

St Patrick’s Day has a host of sporting offerings which can be caught at The Snug. Drop into the bar to catch all the action from the all-Ireland club finals. Na Piarsaigh take on Cushendall from 2pm followed by Castlebar Mitchels versus Ballyboden St Endas at 4pm. Live music kicks off at 6pm with Double D, while Ruby Dukes follow from 9pm.

Recover from the festivities of St Patrick’s Day with live music from the Toxic Twins at 10pm on Friday, March 18. The Snug has a full calender of live sport on offer again on Saturday, March 19. Wales take on Italy from 2.30pm in the Six Nations, followed by Ireland versus Scotland at 5pm, and the mouth-watering clash between France and England from 8pm. The band Sum Craic will be on the stage from 10pm for the rest of the evening.

On Sunday, March 20, visit The Snug for live coverage of the Barclay’s Premier League clash between Southampton and Liverpool from 1.30pm. This is followed by the always eventful derby between Manchester City and Manchester United from 4pm, while Strung Out take to the stage from 9pm.
