During your FIT meeting at Sheraton Athlone, you’ll receive healthy meals and snacks, tools and tricks to promote sleep and recovery, tips to stay energised and alert during the meeting, and optional group workouts and breaks designed to recharge.
The programme provides you and your delegates with the tools to ensure you get the most from your meeting. They promise to provide a relaxing and healthy atmosphere to guests by using simple but effective meditation techniques to get the creative juices flowing, and a selection of refreshment and lunch options to ensure sustained energy throughout the day.
The Sheraton Fitness team will also work with you to create a bespoke workout to suit you and your delegates, of all abilities. Workouts range from cardio pumping prior to the meeting, to meditation exercises to align the mind with the body. Meditation techniques are provided in the meeting room at 8.45am or to avoid the afternoon slump at 3.15pm.
