Brendan Grace celebrates 43 years of comedy

Brendan Grace, one of the most successful and celebrated Irish comedians of his generation, is bringing his new show to Ireland, visiting Athlone, Ballinasloe, and Mullingar this coming January.

Grace's latest show features the best and most requested pieces from his vast repertoire covering the last 43 years. Grace's sense of timing and ability to read an audience is without equal. A brilliant character actor, his 'Bottler' persona is legendary and his interpretation of the 'Irish wedding' will forever remain a masterpiece.

Grace's drawing power continues to be enormous and the 'house full' sign is the norm rather than the exception at his concerts. Although he now resides in the United States with his wife Eileen and family and enjoys international success brought about by his association with the late Frank Sinatra, he still tours Ireland on a regular basis and still considers the country his first love.

Grace is known for providing a personal touch to his shows by always making himself available for a meet and greet post-performance. He feels that it is important to be available for a chat or a photo after the show, especially when people go to the trouble and expense of coming out to see him.

Brendan Grace performs at the Radisson Blu Hotel Athlone on Saturday, January 2, at The Greville Arms, Mullingar, on Tuesday January 5, and at the Carlton Shearwater, Ballinasloe, on Saturday, January 16.

Tickets are available at hotel receptions and online at www.ticketmaster.ie
