Lorraine Davidson, working for Audi Athlone at Michael Moore Car Sales as a senior service advisor, is one of Audi’s top performing recruits and a leader in her field.
Starting her working life in the hospitality industry, Lorraine decided her skills were better placed in the motor trade. She began working as a receptionist in her local dealership and quickly moved up the ranks taking on the role of senior service advisor in Audi Athlone, a position which she has held for two years.
Her day-to-day job involves managing workloads in the service department, dealing with customers with regard to technical issues, and resolving their problems.
This year Lorraine was part of a team for the Audi Twin Cup, an initiative which recognises excellence in customer service, which reached the national final. The team will now take part in the Audi Twin Cup World Championships in Vienna this September.
Lorraine attends training events in Munich on an annual basis to learn and experience new Audi products. She continues to grow her talent within the company and aims to be service manager in the network over the next number of years.
Marketing and communications manager at Audi Ireland, Aine Smyth, said: “Lorraine is part of a long line of highly talented and successful women who work within the company”.
