Another great weekend of music at The Snug

Tonight at The Snug Jock and Dave kick off a great weekend of live music. Taking to the stage at 10pm they will be playing a wide range of songs to suit all musical tastes from the old classics to the current chart toppers.

Jock and Dave are followed by Strung Out on Friday April 24. This Galway-based three-piece acoustic band play a unique blend of exceptional covers. This versatile and talented band always delivers an intriguing and hugely entertaining performance. Music lovers are in for a real treat.

Saturday night’s entertainment is brought to you by ReJig at 10pm. ReJig are an energetic contemporary trad fusion band with a sound ranging from traditional Irish jigs and reels played with a twist to current chart toppers. DJ Jamie will also be playing in the beer garden. Jamie is an expert in getting everyone to enjoy themselves with classic soul, hip hop, indie favourites, and chart and club bangers all mixed to perfection.

Sunday’s double line-up sees Toxic Twins play at 7pm followed by Macey South at 9pm.

Toxic Twins are a rock/pop covers band who always impress with the quality of their performance with many onlookers commenting that their covers are often better than the originals. Their wide repertoire of songs include acts such as Bruno Mars, The Police, Temper Trap, Lumineers, The Knack, and many more.

Macey South are incredibly unique and delight audiences with their original mix of traditional Irish music and rock ‘n’ roll that never fails to get an audience involved. It should be a great evening at The Snug.
