If so the Abbey Hotel Roscommon is the place to be for a Raid My Runway clothes rail sale extravaganza this Saturday April 11. The event will take place in the Fortfield Suite from 1-7pm. Admission is free; however those wishing to sell their own unwanted clothes can do so by bringing their own rails and selling their items on the day. The cost is only €25 per rail. Tables can also be provided for display of your items.
Those who come to browse will have a chance to pick up some bargains from a selection of clothes rails which will feature some brand new and good quality, barely worn clothing from high street stores and some leading designer labels. Rails and stands on the day will include dresses, jackets, shoes, bags, vintage wear, stunning hats and accessories by local milliner Rachel Feeley, with accessories from leading labels including Miss Selfridge, Fee G, Karen Millen, Fran and Jane, Fenn Wright Mason, French Connection, St. Martin’s, Monsoon, Steilman, Oasis, A|wear, River island, M&S, Next, Jane Norman, DECK, Ralph Lauren, and Desigual.
There is also a range of mature ladies dresses, trousers, suits and jackets in sizes 14/16 from Louise Kennedy, Max Mara, Frank Walder, Pink Soda, and Jaeger. There will also be a bargain treasure chest, so simply come in and browse at your leisure.
Pete’s Pops from Knockcroghery will be there with a free novelty cake pop for the little ones, and make-up artist Sharon D and Jan Maiers of Stella.dot.ie will be in attendance with free make-up and tips and advice on the day.
