Local councillor John Dolan has welcomed the commitment by Westmeath County Council to conduct a speed survey at Baylin National School.
“Westmeath County Council has agreed to conduct a speed survey at Baylin National School. I have received numerous representations on the dangers at school times in particular,” said Cllr Dolan.
The survey will assess the area around Baylin National School to see if there is a problem with vehicles speeding before any preventative measures can be made.
