The Auld Shebeen Golf Society’s next outing will be the Cider Cup Challenge held at Moate Golf Club on Saturday January 24 with a tee time of 11am to12.30pm.
The event will pit Moate members against Drumraney members and visitors are welcome. Draw pairings will be held at 10.40am sharp. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Baby Caoimhe McCormack Fund.
Presentation of prizes for individual scores will be held on the night, along with live music, and finger food at the Auld Shebeen at 10.30pm.
At the recent Auld Shebeen Golf society AGM meeting the following people were elected for 2009: Liam Reynolds as president, Paddy Fox as captain, and Paddy Buckley as secretary.
