Westmeath’s Ballymore and Ballinagore men’s and Garrycastle ladie’s teams will join over 1,300 Gaelic football club players as part of the 26th PhoneWatch Comórtas Peile Páidí Ó Sé 2015, an international football tournament and festival which is taking place across the Dingle Peninsula from February 20-22.
Ballymore and Ballinagore will play in the knock-out intermediate men’s competition over two days against Laragh United of Cavan, Éire Óg of Cork as well as Kerry clubs including Annascaul and Lispole from the Dingle Peninsula, St Pat’s of Blennerville near Tralee, and Ballydonoghue from North Kerry.
Garrycastle ladies will compete in the senior ladies competition against Blessington Ladies of Wicklow and local Kerry sides Rathmore of East Kerry and Corca Dhuibhne of West Kerry.
