Chef Neven Maguire will perform a cookery demonstration at the Hodson Bay Hotel on Wednesday February 11. The event is being hosted in association with Club Rossie, who are encouraging supporters of all codes of Gaelic games to attend. Doors open at 6.30pm and attendees can view a number of exhibition stands before the main event begins at 8.30pm. Tickets, priced €25, are on sale from the Roscommon GAA Offices, Racecourse Road, Roscommon from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday and from the Hodson Bay Hotel.
