BEWH services are provided by a panel of SEAI-appointed non-profit community-based organisations (CBOs ) like us Home Comforts Athlone or a panel of SEAI appointed private contractors. The houses are appointed to a CBO or contractor depending on their geographic location.
Home Comforts Athlone will deliver the BEWH to the highest standard and will carry out an inspection after each house is completed. SEAI will also carry out an inspection on a sample of homes completed to ensure the standards are maintained.
